TCS has been ranked #1 in customer satisfaction, among IT services providers in the Netherlands in a survey by Whitelane Research and is recognized as a Top Employer in the Netherlands, Europe also Global by the Top Employers Institute /ppFor more information, visit /ppKey responsibilities /pulliFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4 Finance Modules AP, AR, GL, FA, MA, Project system, Universal ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, In house cash etc. /liliDrive Month end and year end closure activities /liliPerform detailed analysis of End 2 End Finance business process and provide appropriate solutions /liliAble to Identify, validate and document customer requirements /liliFacilitate workshops to collect business requirements /liliMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs. /liliDesign, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules. /liliIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions. /liliAct as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. /liliDocument functional designs, test cases and results. /liliProactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements /liliAct as a liaison between the business Teams, IT Teams and the technical team. /liliProvide training and user support as required /liliWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members /li /ulpSupervisory / Managerial responsibilities /pulliAble to manage and guide his SAP S/4 Finance Team /liliAble to mentor and review team activities /liliAble to track incidents, changes and problem task and overall team activities /li /ulpOther responsibilities /pulliResponsible for SAP Finance Team SLA, KPI /liliResponsible for identifying proactive opportunities /li /ulpMust Have Skills/Knowledge: /pulliSAP Consultant with at least two end-to-end SAP S/4 Finance implementation project. /liliExperience in rolling out SAP S/4 Finance to multiple countries is desirable. /liliHands-on experience in gathering requirements from Business Teams and performing fit gap analysis, build design documents /liliExperience in blueprinting End 2 End Finance process and configuration /liliExperience in customization based on Business requirements. /liliEnd 2 End understanding of Business processes and technical issues in all Finance modules. /liliInvolved in developing hypercare support and transitioned to support team /liliFamiliar with Jira, Service now and Agile ways of working /liliExperience in working with Onsite and Offshore models /li /ulpGood to Have Skills/Knowledge: /pulliExperience in SAP RISE, BTP is desirable /li /ulpPrivacy Notice /ppPrivacy Note: /ppTata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an equal opportunity employer.
