Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and provide an appropriate resolution.




• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.




• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet those needs.




• Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure equipment availability.




• Engage in other service-related work.




• Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations (1-3 weeks).

Qualifications

• You are a quick learner with excellent hands-on skills, both mechanical and electrical.




• Some years of site engineering experience preferred, but new graduates are also welcome!




• You possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English in both oral and written form is a must.




• Some basic knowledge of networks or databases is preferred.




• Traveling time is around 20% – 40%.




• Applicants must hold a valid EU passport.
