Bol. Has one of the largest E-commerce Fulfilment Centers in Europe in Waalwijk, which was expanded 3 years ago. SSI SCHAEFER is proud that we have provided the complete logistical setup. In order to process the various packages properly and on time, SSI SCHAEFER has set up a smart and innovative intralogistics system.

Every day, an average of 40,000 parcels can be sent per hour at bol. Between the 30-metre-high racks, around 2,000 shuttles drive and there is more than 30 kilometres of conveyor system. All of this is controlled by a state-of-the-art software system.

What will you do as a maintenance and service technician?

• You work together with your colleagues on maintenance work or you resolve malfunctions
• You perform analyses to determine the cause of malfunctions or any defective parts
• To improve processes, you design and create reports and manuals
• A varied job in which you will work on sensors, weighing systems, roller conveyors, conveyor belts and shuttles
• In short, you and your colleagues ensure that the packages are delivered to bol.com customers on time.

Voor jou

• A (permanent) contract with SSI SCHAEFER
• €3,100 to €4,000 per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on your education and experience
• You will work in the 2-2-1 system of the 5-shift system
• 30% shift allowance which increases the salary to
• Travel expenses €0.23 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way)
• Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal and Electrical Industry (27 vacation days, pension in the collective labor agreement and a training day
• A thorough induction programme with training (online and offline) for the high-tech equipment of SSI SCHAEFER.

Jouw kwaliteiten

• You have previously worked as a maintenance engineer or you have completed technical training
• You know a lot about technology (mechanics or electrical engineering) and can solve problems well
• You can get by well in the English language, both speaking and reading
• You want to work in 5 shifts, which immediately provides a nice extra
• You work well with the rest of the team
