Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer – WTS Energy Europe – Hoofddorp

WTS Energy is looking for a Compliance & QA Advisor who will be responsible for performing internal and external Quality Assurance audits (preferably as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor), ensuring adherence to Dutch and UK Offshore regulations, and maintaining the company’s Integrated Management System.

Additionally, you will ensure that all audit findings and corrective actions are accurately documented, monitored, and closed out in the appropriate database.

Requirements:

• Maintain and improve the company’s Management System and documentation.
• Support audits and ensure timely follow-up of corrective actions.
• Manage document control and filing compliance.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and regulatory compliance.
• Support management reviews.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
• Hands-on experience with auditing and compliance activities.
• Solid understanding of UK and Dutch Offshore regulations and Integrated Management Systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Background in the offshore industry- nice to have
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor- nice to have
